Everything! 10 out of 10! We had an exceptional stay and truly cannot speak highly enough of this place. The location was absolutely perfect—convenient, peaceful, and within easy reach of everything we needed, from shops and restaurants to beautiful attractions, highly recommended for people that are looking to visit the whole Val d'Orcia! The facilities were top-notch, offering everything from modern appliances to thoughtful extras that made our stay incredibly comfortable. Every detail was clearly chosen with care and quality in mind. The hospitality was outstanding. Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. They made us feel genuinely at home and were always available for anything we needed. Thank you very much Samantha! The layout of the space was ideal—spacious, well-organized, and designed for both function and comfort. Whether relaxing, cooking, or gathering with others, every area flowed naturally and made excellent use of the space. Another big plus was the easy parking—we never had to worry about finding a spot, which made coming and going completely stress-free. We would absolutely return and recommend this property to anyone looking for a flawless experience!

Great apartment including everything that is needed for a comfortable stay (we stayed 8 nights; 2 adults, 4 kids). It is spacious and very clean. Free parking is in front of the apartment (visible from the window), plus there is more than enough free and available parking close the building. Very good location, with nice pizzeria, gelateria, cafe, bakery just near the building on the square, and a small swimming pool a few minutes walk. The owner is very nice and helpful, communication was great. Highest recommendation.

Amazing, attic, lovely huge apartment. Perfect place to discover Tuscany! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and fully equipment kitchen! Feels like home! Sami is perfect host, great communication all the time! We spend 3 wonderful days at this place! Thank you❤️

spacious , so clean , historic , location , facilities , managers were amazing , quiet , locals so friendly

the only downside was trying to get there from the train station - no taxis / buses every 1-4 hrs - the guys at the train station were great and got hold of the owners for us who picked us up
