FRAppartement bien conçu, original avec son espace à coucher en mezzanine. Propre, bien exposé, équipé du nécessaire côté cuisine et salon. Lit confortable, plutôt cosy, accès facile, parking gratuit dans les rues adjacentes, très bonne communication avec l'hôte qui est très accessible, et accès au front de mer en 10/15 minutes à pied, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Parfait pour une personne seule ou un couple dans enfant mais pas plus.
Un appartement au milieu de milliers d'autres, mais ça c'est lié à la ville. Insonorisation moyenne, si les voisins sont calmes ça va très bien, mais si ça parle fort ou que sa brasse à des heures tardives à côté ou en dessous le bruit peu être gênant pour les gens sensibles. Oreillers clairement à changer pour des plus épais, et des rideaux seraient bienvenus pour le vis à vis. Prix un peu élevé mais restant correct.

GBThe host was really wonderful and provided a second set of keys and a second set of bedding so we were able to do our own separate thing and not worry about waking each other up when we got in.
The pool was closed, but we were given keys to a neighbouring pool, which was only across the street, and once we found it, it was probably quicker getting there, than it would have been going down all the stairs to the one in our complex, and the staff were lovely.

DEDie Lage war mittelprächtig, der Gastgeber hervorragend. Die Entfernung zum Meer und zum Zentrum von Los Cristianos war nicht weit, konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ruhe um die Wohnung herum war sehr gut.
Der Swimmingpool hatte kein Wasser. Das Schlafzimmer war wegen der Mansarden nur in gebückter Haltung begehbar.
FIRauhallinen ympäristö, siisti ja puhdas asunto. Ystävällinen majoittaja, viestittely hänen kanssaan oli sujuvaa. Kaikki oli kuten oli kerrottu ja kuvissa, ei isompia yllätyksiä.
Allas oli pois käytöstä, mutta majoittaja oli hankkkinut korvaavan mahdollisuuden läheisestä majoituspaikasta, jossa kävimme kaksi kertaa. Vuode hieman hankalassa paikassa.
ITLuca e Paola due host eccezionali, sono stati davvero gentili. L’appartamento è molto bello, appena ristrutturato, pulito, accogliente e ha l’affaccio sulla piscina del comprensorio. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo! Vivamente consigliato!!

Pool was closed and not told about it until just before arrival. Although another pool down the road was available it was not as convenient as on the premises, and i feel we should have been told before.
