"An excellent 4 week stay in a small but superbly located cottage in Bridport."

9.0

A lovely cottage within 2 minutes of the centre of Bridport. Plenty of street parking available within a very short walk and the opportunity to load and unload car immediately outside.

Stairs were quite steep and the kitchen was small.

"Gemütliches Haus mit Geschichte"

9.0

It was evident that the owner is making efforts for his clients. The position is good also.

Nothing to complain about.

"Great location for exploring Bridport"

6.0

A quirky property, had some nice original features.

A little awkward with having a toddler, lots of hard floors and steep staircases. Road also quite noisy.

"Charming property in a great location that would benefit from a bit of tlc."

7.0

Nice cosy bedrooms and good bathroom and shower. The location is idea and only a short walk from the town centre. The cottage is very spacious and has excellent storage. There are two toilets which are very useful. The washing machine was a great addition which we found very helpful. The heating system is great and very efficient. The wood panelling, beams and stained glass have a delightful old world charm.

The living room, the lighting is dull, it needs a proper large comfy sofa, the tv was very disappointing it's so small and out of date and when seated is hard to see, it also flickers. The lampshade was coated in a think film of dust. The kettle needs replacing as it was covered in limescale and the clothes horse was crumbling it wouldn't cost much to replace these few items and it would massively improve the property. Additionally a TV in the master bedroom would be a great addition.

"A lovely Bridport stay."

9.0

The cottage had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to any queries we had from booking onwards.

There's wasn't anything I disliked, but just be aware the stairs are steep so take care when carrying anything up or down.

"It was a pleasant stay everything was virtually within walking distance, the bus station was just around the corner and"

10.0

Close to shops, cafes, bus station it was an ideal location didn’t need to use car once parked up as bus station around the corner was able to travel everywhere for just £4 return each trip the cottage was excellent for our needs for self catering and conveniently situated when we ate out just a ten minute walk to cages, pubs etc, takeaway places closer. Excellent

There was nothing we didn’t like

Lovely quirky cottage close to Bridport town centre. The Cottage was fully equipped with everything you needed for a few days. Location was perfect for our visit to family and walking distant to local shops, pubs and restaurants

Stairs can be a bit difficult for less able as the Cottage is old.
