CYBig villa with a large outside pool area. Lots of space in comparison with most villas on Bali. Friendly stuff! No construction works or clubs nearby what is very important for me as I sleep very cautious. However one saturday I heard some music at night. but still for almost Canggu area its nothing really. Area is very nice. some of the best rated Bali restaurants are 5-10 min walk and 1min bile drive. And some great surf spots for all levels are 5-10 mins drive
You can definetely see it needs some renovation. Showers dont have enough pressure, some doors dont work properly and for no reason 3 out of 5 bathrooms are outside) both shower and toilet.. For ladies that might be inconvenient as there are lots of ants and lizzards on toliet at night... But still a great villa.
