La Phan Phu Quoc, Hillside Apartment

The view was wonderful. The contact person (Tường Vi) was nice and helpful.

A bit small. Lack of supplies (shampoo, soap, coffee…was provided for just the first day). I’m not sure if it was the policy that no cleaning service, no extra towels, no extra bathroom supplies provided unless asked?

There is no place with the name „La Pham“.. you rent here from private owners, each represented by an agent in charge. We booked with breakfast - no place for breakfast exists. The agent was super stressed and shouted to the guests to sit down and wait for check-in. Check-in was not read at 2 pm. We were asked to come again later… the hotel entrance (same door, same address but not in charge)?refused to accept to store our luggage. Appartement was too dirty, hairy and you option to go without shoes. No kitchen equipment and far too many fully overstayed judgements.

All the things are so good, staff is nice, room is big , the view is good, all the equipments are works, the swimming pool is good as well

Can’t fully hide the toilet, so not friendly enough for visiting with friends. And the breakfast is offered by the restaurant nearby, but same price has more choice in other restaurants

Clean apartment with comfortable beds. Bright. Nicely decorated.

Need more loungers for seating at rooftop pool.
