The Ox House

The landscape was absolutely stunning. The host is super friendly and so are her lovely animals! It was so lovely to hear how much she cares about her pets on the farm. The beds are comfy, everything we needed was here provided for.

Everything was perfect, there was not a bad thing to mention!

Check out being so early

Really welcoming and friendly host, check in/out super easy and perfect location with ample parking. The ox house is spacious and well equipped. This is a brilliant place to stay particularly with children, the donkeys and alpacas are a real treat and there is a large area of grass to play on right outside the front door. There is a couple of nice local restaurants/pubs and Wells is less than 10 minutes drive away for anything you might need. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Was perhaps a little chilly at first when we arrived, although the host had kindly put the heating on before we got there. Otherwise, I can't think of much I didn't like. Perhaps the bathroom would benefit from a little renovation/update but it was perfectly fine.

The property was very well presented and had a lovely balcony overlooking the countryside. The host was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We also enjoyed a cuddle with the donkeys.
