Coffee & Beach Apartment

Det som var bra med boendet var att det var nära Las Canteras stranden.

Lägenheten var i dåligt skick med läckage i badrummet och mögel i flera rum. Eftersom det droppade från taket direkt över WC stolen bad vi hyresvärden om hjälp men hon sa att vi skulle kontakta grannen ovan. Till slut kom hon med FB som borrade ett stort hål i taket och då blev det ännu värre. Soffan i vardagsrummet var rent ut sagt äcklig, fläckig och smutsig. Boendet är definitivt inte värt pengarna. Dessutom låg det på en gata som var trafikerad och bullrig från restaurang.

The location is good because it is near to the beach but also very very loud because of the street and restaurant area. The hair dryer worked great and the vacuum cleaner also In the kitchen all the appliances worked fine There is an elevator in the building (super small but still helpful)

In the pictures everything looks cleaner, newer and with a well groomed appearance, in real life it looks different. The couch for example is super dirty. Fan super old, rusted, not working. There are areas on the ceiling where moisture is entering or where it was wet. Not so clean in general.

Moglo je biti malo čistije i u kuhinji nema osnovnih namirnica (nije bilo soli). Također je iznimno bučno (vanjska buka).

The way to open the door was very nice, we received a code and everything was in order. Regarding the apartment, it was very clean and its location is very central and there are very good restaurants around it. The beach is only 50 meters from the apartment, what more could you ask for?
