Near Airport, Affordable Coliving Space for Backpackers with Pool, Gym, and More

- Owner exceptionally nice and helpful! Really worth mentioning - Free drinking water for refilling - Shower gel, shampoo and soap available - Toilet paper available - Gym free of charge and really quite good for a hotel gym - Pool free of charge and really nice - Shower jet very good - Location close to the airport (but you can't hear it!) - You can't hear any noise from the street - Large locker - easy and quick to reach on whatsapp

- No curtain on the upper bed, which means you have little privacy - Air conditioning unfortunately broken, so you can't adjust the temperature and it was far too cold. Or too hot if you turned off the air conditioning - Air conditioning directly on a bed, which means you can buy sleep in this bed when the air conditioning is running - There were so many long dark hairs in the bed, it was really a bit messy. - No socket by the bed

Nice building,new,modern and clean.Very close to the airport.Kind people at the reception.They gave me good tips to reach NORTH BUS STATION,saving lots of money.Really helpful.Peter(the owner...i think)is very kind and helpful,but he wasn t there. We just txted each other:)

The apartment it s too small for more than 4 people.There are two rooms:the first one with 4 beds (2 bunk beds).The second one with 1 or two more beds,but they are hidden behind some kind of wardrobe.Water of the shower cold and without any pressure.The apartment is cute,but really too small for 4+ people.The worst thing is the AIRCON!TOO COLD.Peter txted me:it s on 25 degrees.Don t touch it.It was 19 degrees with the fan super strong!Impossible to put low the temperature!If you sleep in the upper beds,you re DEAD!I was freezing!I slept with a jumper and a thick blanked upon my body and i was freezing my ass off!The two guys in the lower beds were freezing too,all night long! One of the two slept with his jacket on. The day after he unplugged it cuz around 9:00am it was a freezer ,not a room! That is too much.

location is close to the mactan cebu airport. The host, Peter, was really friendly and helpful. The pool with the gym is really the cherry on top.

Practically everything was enjoyable. Great customer service, clean facilities, access to pool and gym.

No hot water (although not a big issue for me)

It's a perfect location for where I had to be. Very easy to get around. The room was perfect for me as it felt more like a shared house than a hostel. The host felt more like a room mate and was very helpful with everything. I would definitely come back

Close to airport, malls and restaurants etc. Very chill host. Very good place to go to.
