"Аккуратная и чистая квартира."

Отличное расположение. Дом находится в пяти минутах ходьбы от набережной и пляжа. Рядом Макдональдс, Батуми мол, множество магазинов. Перед домом отличная детская площадка, остановка общественного транспорта. В квартире есть все необходимые удобства, достаточно места, всё аккуратно и чисто.

Сам проект дома довольно необычный. Балкон выходит во внутренний двор-колодец из-за чего недостаточно хорошо вентилируется.

Вид из окна, балкон выходит внутрь дома, освещения на балконе и кухне как будто вечер даже днем из разряда «здесь даже солнца не видно»

"Superb"

Good apartment. The location is perfect(after crossing the street, you will appear on the beach, next to the building is placed MC Donald, all necessary stores is near, there is a very good playground for children in front of the building, bus stop nearby)

at first glance, everything is clean, but when you already want to use it, it's not quite clean. bad smell in the bathroom was constant. waiting for the elevator for 10-15 minutes was uncomfortable.
