A big apartment, comfortable and clean, and with a great location close to the center. Although it's on one of the main streets and you can hear some traffic noise during the day, the windows do a good job of blocking most of it. I'm usually fairly sensitive to traffic noise and it didn't bother me much here.

I'm not sure what's going on with the hot water, but it would often take 10-15 minutes to actually get hot enough to shower comfortably. It is not completely cold, but it only get s a little warm for the first 10 (or more) minutes. Usually I would just shower in this temperature water and enjoy a bit of actual warm water near the end. The desk chair seems a bit broken or uncomfortable (mostly the back of it), if you plan to use that to do some work, but it's usable.

Central localization just nearby Flower Center, State Department Store and Sukhbaatar Square. The apartment is located on the top floor and has all the necessary amenities, including kitchen utensils and a washing machine. The large living room is connected to the kitchen. Fast WIFI.

There is a TV but we were unable to watch Mongolian channels.

Todo me gustó! Es muy amplio y abrigado, tiene de todo, incluso un lavarropas que necesitaba con urgencia. La ubicación inmejorable, a una cuadra de la plaza Sükhbaatar que es pleno centro de la ciudad, comercio cerca, etc.. volvería a quedarme allí sin dudarlo! Y la anfitriona, sobresaliente

I liked everything

Very nice apartment at the center of Ulaanbaatar. Very friendly and helpful host, very nice furniture. Spacious and central location. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, very nice master bed, and many convertible sofas. Television, dining area, working desk. Excellent black-out curtains.
