Everything was perfect. The apartment is very new and equipped with all you may need. Also in the center, walking distance to the main spots.

Comfortable apartment and bed. Great location. New fridge, stove, dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. With a little more attention, this would be an ideal stay.

I had to ask for the code to enter and then had to call the owner when I didn’t get a message back. He was very polite and sent it right away, but it should have been provided with the entrance instructions. I booked this place specifically for the pool and terrace. There is no “rooftop pool”. It is a main floor courtyard pool only big enough for a dip and not very clean. There is also no terrace in the apartment as advertised. It is a separate terrace for the whole building on the top floor (which I did not visit). And there is no view. The windows look out to the street and buildings across the street. There were no tea towels for drying dishes/hands (but paper towels were provided) or bath mat for the bathroom floor. The owner offered to provide another towel if I needed it, so I am sure if I had asked, he might have provided these things, but I think they should just be there. The cutlery and several dishes were dirty. I just washed them myself before using. But again, more care should be taken that the previous people have actually cleaned properly or insist on everything going in the dishwasher. It was great to have a washer/dryer but it would be nice to provide simple instructions in English or Spanish so we can understand how to use it.

Cleanliness: Shower not cleaned properly Dust under bed(previous reviewer pointed this out and it wasn't taken care of) Towels smelling extremely bad wich made the bathroom smell unpleasant and we couldn't use them.We requested new ones but landlord said the cleaning company has the same ones,but they are clean and he suggested to wash them ourselves if the smell bothers us(previous reviewer also pointed this out) The water in the kitchen smells bad. Lack of certain basic necessities: no spare toilet papers even upon request Kitchen towels, bin bag and iron delivered the day after No ironing board No drying rack Lack of cooking utensils There is a development in the whole area wich couse smell and noise(construction workers start using heavy duty equipment around 8:30am) No manual for AC (it was either too cold or hot because we didn't know how to use it) Even though landlord was responsive ,issues were not solved in timely manner(for example:we never received requested toilet paper) Iron received the day after request also iron was mentioned on the listing but it wasn't there. Ironing on the bed wasn't ideal Swimming pool smaller than it appears.We didn't use it

Apartment is close to the centre, nice and quiet, everything inside is beautiful and new. Very nicely decorated and clean. There was however no air conditioning, just one fan that did nothing but blow the hot hair back into the apartment. The heat made it difficult to sleep or even relax in the apartment, and cooking made the situation so much worse. Personally this was unacceptable to me. Simply adding more fans though very noisy would have made my stay a 8-9 instead of 5-6

Fantastic accommodation in the middle of the city. New and white as we say in Sweden with high standards. The pool was clearly refreshing and an appreciated feature. Landlord tops everything with his kindness. Highly recommended!
