Sunset View 3BR Condo with Swimming Pool Free WiFi & Netflix near Lake Garden

Very Detailed instructions on how to check in, where the drop off was especially since we had elderly folks with us, how to get to the car park. The apartment was very spacious and so were the rooms. Wonderful view from the apartment and one could see Taiping Lake Gardens!!! The swimming was very nice, but a pity that it only opens from 8 am. Also please include in your very detailed check in pdf about how to enter swimming pool as there is a lock on the gate. One needs to go to the security guard on ground floor of block A to register and then get the key from the guard to be able to open the gate to access the pool. I should point out however that the host of home stay was very prompt to reply our texts re the fridge and tv box. She apologized for the fridge and offered to get the cleaner to attend to it, but as it was already 8 pm and we were leaving the next day, we saw no point in inconveniencing the cleaner. Host also text us instructions to how to operate the TV box but somehow we were still unable to operate it.

1. The fridge was not cleaned properly as we found a few stains in the fridge and well a some hair and dried up small piece of vegetable. Obviously the cleaner had not cleaned the fridge prior to our stay. 2. Shower area in the master bathroom did not have a screen door or shower curtain. If one were to shower the water would make the WC area wet and this can be quite dangerous especially for the elderly. Lucky the other bathroom had a shower enclosure, so the 5 of us ended up taking our showers in that 2nd bathroom. 3. No instructions on how to use the TV box hence was unable to use the Netflix/ YouTube. 4: One of the bedroom’s AIRCON remote control was a universal one with Chinese characters, so we were unable to figure out how to change the various options as we don’t read Chinese.
