Super clean.. the owner give a very good and clear instruction from registration at the guard house until direction of the parking and self check instruction.. the room accomodate extra mattress, pillow and blanket.. no worries of going to laundry as washer machine is provided.. board game for the kids to enjoy even floats and water gun provided for the kids to enjoy at the pool.. highly recommend..

We had 2 vehicle and requested for 2 parking lots.. the owner aware and provided us the 2 parking lot arrangenment via qr code registration..h'ever the 2nd parking lot had a little misunderstanding with the guard as the guard said we only allowed for 1 parking lot.. referred the matter to the owner and owner had done a great job settled it..

"Ok but not so ok"

Apartment is spacious and on high floor. Fast & easy check-in. Good communication by property managers

1. Several electrical items not in working condition eg. air-con remote control didn’t work, water dispenser’s hot water not working 2. Toilet paper not replenished in master bedroom’s toilet 3. TV does not have terrestrial (free to air) tv stations. Can only use smart TV but no wifi is provided. Therefore must use own mobile hotspot to watch TV 4. Property is next to cemetery
