"A clean room for an overnight stay near centre of town."

This hostel just has rooms in a block above a shop. Very modern, clean en suite room. Perfect for one night. No breakfast.

We booked to arrive at 4.00. No-one there. Sar outside for an hour, tried ringing, emailed but no response. Eventually the nearby owner rang them and someone turned up at 5.00. Pretty stressful, didn’t know if they even had our booking. Need to address this for other clients.
