Địa điểm tại đây rất tốt, gần trung tâm và những điểm du lịch của Seul. Mọi thứ trong phòng cũng rất đầy đủ cho cuộc sống. Địa điểm này cũng rất dễ mua sắm và có nhiều hàng ăn xung quanh.

Nước nóng khi tắm thì nên cải thiện. Vì khi đang tắm, nước nóng bỗng trở lên lạnh toát và phải một lúc sau nước nóng mới quay trở lại, khiến việc tắm hơi lạnh vào mùa đông. Đường vào chỗ nghỉ này hơi tối vào buổi tối.

Comfortable, good location to the famous wholesale markets (toys clothes), fabric market and food market. The area is not that busy. There are flats or business owners around the area which feels quite empty compared to the markets which are 10 min walking from this property. I like the possibility for luggage storage. It is nice place to stay. Cheap food options around.

The floor wasn’t vacuumed or moped. The light below the bed highlight this even more. The roads around this property feel very empty, I assume it is safe.

방음이 안좋아서 새벽늦게 소음이 나서 잠을 설쳤네요... 옆방소리가 너무 크게 들려요 골목이 어두워서 무서웠네요.. 가로등 설치가 되어야겠어요

It's very convinent, everything is well prepared, staffs are also very friendly and supportive. There is an elevator so you don't have to worry about caring yiur heavy luggage upstair. There is also a room where you can store your luggage before check in and after check out time.

We liked the self check-in process, and the room was available before the official check-in time, which was very convenient. The apartment was small but fairy well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a full-size fridge and a comfortable bunk bed for four people with nice linens. As is typical in Korea, the apartment had underfloor heating and a shower located right next to the toilet. The building had an elevator, which was especially appreciated since we were staying on the fifth floor. We also enjoyed the TV, which had Netflix available for relaxing in the evenings. A nice touch was that the TV could be moved, allowing us to watch it either from the kitchen area or from the bed. A great bonus was the washing machine, along with complimentary laundry capsules and a drying rack, which made it easy for us to do our laundry during the stay.

The apartment could have been cleaner. The floor felt like it hadn’t been properly washed before our stay, or possibly it was just quite worn. The kitchen supplies were also limited, especially the cookware. We had one pan and one small soup pot or skillet, and the plates were small, shallow, and few in number. On the positive side, there were sponges and dish soap for washing up, as well as knives and a cutting board. Because food is so affordable in Korea, this wasn’t a major issue for us. However, if you plan to cook even simple meals, you may find the kitchen missing several basic items. Also some welcome packet of tea or coffee would be nice. Other than that it was a fine stay.

The location was perfect. All areas of Seoul were easily accessible with a short ride either by metro or bus. Also, the flat had everything we needed to be comfortable.

It was a bit on a smaller size, though it wasn't a very big minus for us.
