The location is good, near the center and the market

No natural lights or fresh air, no outside window

Like literally the closest cheap place u can stay in the center of the city.

Our room didn't have a window, so we were opening the house's front door and our room's door, risking to get broken in ( get stuff stolen) just to let fresh air thru.

Nice AC, and nice bed. Also very cheap.

No shampoo or body wash, no cleaned drinking glasses (had bad smell and we did not use them), only one roll of toilet paper. Also, the chair in the room was broken, and sitting was dangerous.

The room was dirty. The sheets and the blanket were very dirty. The blanket had holes and brown stains. Obviously, i couldn't use it. Also, there wasn't any heat source. There was an opening communicating with the main corridor, wide enough, and only had 2 simple glass slide panels. I was concerned about my safety, and of course, leaving something valuable in the room and leaving was impossible. During the night, I had a hard time sleeping and used my jacket as a blanket, but to no avail, i was freezing. I felt exposed, mistreated, and fooled for paying to only have to fight for 3 hours of sleep, waking up exhausted and having to drive back to my home. I trust the services of booking, as I have used it extensively in the past. Please reconsider who you are patterning with, such as the owner of that place, which is a pure tourist trap, a torture of poor hygiene and uninhabitable conditions for any normal person.
