The property’s location is simply superb, with views that are hard to forget. The staff, particularly Prince bhaiya and Vinod bhaiya, were fantastic hosts and provided top-notch service. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable bedding with warmers, common area was well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I recently stayed at Fayul Retreat and it was a wonderful experience. The last 2 km road leading to the property is very scenic, passing through tall pine trees, which adds to the charm of the journey. The road is a bit narrow and inclined, so it might be slightly challenging for new drivers. However, the property provides driver service if you find the road tough, and they can also arrange a car if you don’t have your own. The food and service at Fayul are excellent. The location is truly offbeat—away from traffic and road noise—making it incredibly peaceful. Every room offers panoramic views of the mountains, and you can even see the entire Kalpa village from the property. Another highlight is that Chaka Meadows is just a half-hour drive from Fayul. The retreat arranges off-road drives to take you there. Chaka Meadows is still unexplored, and in my opinion, it is one of the best spots in Kalpa, located right at the top of the mountain. Fayul Retreat is perfect for anyone looking for peace, breathtaking views, and a truly offbeat stay. If you’re visiting Kalpa, this place is a must-visit.
