Resort is good. Structure looks elegant.

Breakfast options were less compared to room charges. What is mentioned while booking like room with mountain View was mentioned. We have to fight for that,.

I liked the location within kasauli

I didn't like the geographical layouts of the rooms on different hills. The bathroom has seepage issues and water levelling issues . The bathroom fixtures were shaking and not firm. Tiles were not present at some point. Pool wasnt cleaned and is very small. Restaurant are charging hefty amounts for poor tasting dishes and with extremely slow service. Buffet has worse tea and slowest service. Weird dosa making was going on.

I booked my room online through booking .com but i had to go back empty handed they refused to do so as they demand cash online to confirm booking

The staff was rude o called the hotel two times that iam on My way to kasauli .they sent me pics also of room anc i confirmed but at the end they refused anf said thrre was no room .it was annoying date 4 april abit i jad to come back to chamdigarj and stayed at Hyaat.

Infrastructure is really good and good vibes

They initially didn’t provide the actual room booked second day they shifted us to a different room Washroom was clogged and had water everywhere in washroom we also asked for chairs in the room but they never listened .overall stay
