HKThis 2-bedroom retreat is an ideal place for families to spend their holidays in Exeter. The apartment was clean and tidy, bright, cosy and well furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen that enabled either Chinese or western cookings during our stay. The location is excellent, close to everything!
We have 5 people, The sitting room has only four chairs and the cups and dishes are enough for only four people.

Heating wasn’t on and manuel didn’t help. Heating should really have been on for our arrival as it was winter. Bedding for the sofa bed was not where the manuel said it was. No bath/shower mats so clothes on bathroom floor unexpectedly got wet. No hooks to hang clothes on either. Didn’t know the lift wasn’t working when I had already booked it - my elderly mum had to take the stairs.
GBA great location. The apartment was clean and well equipped, we were only there for one night but it would be ideal for a longer stay. I would be happy to recommend and would book again for future stays.
