JAKES ON THE BEACH

Good location, easy access. Comfortable bedrooms. The food is very good.

They have an organizational issue. Understaffed. Only one cook serving meals for over 70 people with no assistant in the kitchen. The kitchen closes at 7 pm but NO ONE mentions that in advance, you have to figure it out when it’s 6 minutes past closing, you’re starving and they tell you to walk 15 minutes at night to another restaurant cause they never mentioned that kitchen closes when dinner time just starts for normal people. They also don’t have a back up power. The electricity got cut out in the whole village and they took it as if that’s common but they haven’t figured out a backup plan for energy blackouts ?? Stood in the room with no light, no AC and they didn’t have a backup. The staff is very kind and sweet, the food is amazing but they’re understaffed and the organizational issue might be the owner’s or managers fault.

Jack and his team are amazing. Helping with any needs, information regarding activities and the most important making you feel welcome. For sure will come back on my next travel to Nicaragua.

Buscaron la primera oportunidad para aprovechar y ganar mas, el lugar estaba sucio, las habitaciones no son cómodas para descansar.

Holiday weekend and was very busy. No food after 6:30

The place was beautiful, definitely would recommend staying here, the room was big enough and the beds were comfortable as well, food was also very nice, sad we weren’t able to try their pizza :(

Everything was great

Pool was very nice little small. Night crew were cool. Good access to the beach.

The area is small we had to leave early, because there wasn't much to do, We couldn't get a refund so we had to take the loss.
