Waterside apartment, central Falmouth, Vi-spring king bed, gated parking

Great location. Very clean apartment with everything you would need.

A.lot of outside noise from the street below the bedroom. Had to have window shut which made apartment hot but the fan helped.. View to River was limited due to lift shaft which wasn't shown by the photos.

The pub opposite at the back got noisy late at night due to inconsiderate ‘ customers’. A minor point

The location is second to none. As you are staying on the pier, having your own parking space is a huge benefit. The lift to the apartment runs faster than I expected when I saw it, so that was a nice surprise. Our main takeaway was that the whole package is extremely good value for the money. We will definitely book next time we are visiting my granddaughter.

The door lock needs a squirt of WD-40. As we only needed a door key and the lift call fob, fewer keys and fobs would be easier on the pocket. As you can see, we had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to come up with anything negative to say.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and pretty spacious. Close to the sea and restaurants and bars. It was also great having the gated parking. Charlotte was very helpful with everything.

Fabulous little apartment, right on the pier. Exceptionally clean and tidy and has everything you need. Comfy bed and sofa, the over the bath shower has really good water pressure (i know this info is important to some people) . Well equipped kitchen should you wish to cook for yourself. The lounge has a good sized tv and even has a collection of books and board games if you like a quiet night in. It comes with it's own gated parking with both lift and stairs access to the flat from the carpark.

The only downside is if you are a light sleeper you can hear some noise from the street at night but it isn't overly loud (no more than the daytime bustle, just seems louder as it's nighttime) the owners have thoughtfully provided earplugs though.
