Bell'appartamento nel centro di Perugia, fornito di tutto quello che serve. Letto molto comodo! Posizione ottima a due passi da piazza 4 novembre nel centro di Perugia, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione di Perugia con minimetrò e scale mobili. Host super disponibile, fornisce un sacco di preziosi consigli per cibo e visitare Perugia, risponde tempestivamente e ha anche adattato gli orari di check-in e check-out alle mie esigenze di arrivo e partenza. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono, considerando anche i prezzi degli altri alloggi a Perugia. Nel complesso, se dovessi tornare a Perugia, penserei a un appartamento di Gloria!

Uniche pecche, il bagno cieco e un pochino piccolo, ma comunque fornito di tutto, quindi non l'ho trovato un difetto così grande. Per completezza, scrivo che l'appartamento si trova dopo due rampe di scale. Si accede da una via in salita, ma comunque abbastanza breve. Ad ogni modo Perugia è tutta in salita, quindi fatevene una ragione!

It is a lovely, cosy flat in a historical building, living with the local residents make me feel being local as well. You can find out everything you need in the flat, even the kitchen paper which very rarely to be found in a lot of places. The host was exceptionally nice and considerate, always being in touch to provide tips, and responding very quickly. This made my stay so special and memorable. Also the check-in instructions and the room preparations can literally calm you down after climbing the hills and stairs.

Maybe just need to climb the hills and stairs? But very forgivable for the overall location and how nice the place is.

The flat was exactly what my partner and I were looking for: it was right in the center of the city, not too far from most of its points of interest. Moreover, it was very clean, fully equipped for a week-long stay, and intimate. I highly suggest it to anyone traveling to Perugia, you will not regret it. The hosts were also very professional and ready to accommodate our needs.

The location was really good and the apartment was nice. Good kitchen area with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable but unfortunately the windows did not keep out the noise from the street so we didn’t get much sleep. Dante seems to be a good host.

When we arrived just after the 15:00 check-in time, after a fairly hard trek up from the train station, the apartment wasn’t ready. The cleaners were lovely but we were asked to come back at 16:00 when we really just wanted to relax and rest a bit!

Very clean,nicely decorated,all facilities washing machine etc but in an old characterful building.Right in beautiful historic centre and near numerous bars and restaurants plus small shop for food,wine etc.All information sent to WhatsApp prior to arrival including entry key system.Not far from mini metro.

Weekend nights could be noisy but mornings very quiet.

Location is exelent, just steps from everything. Keep in mind, there are 40 steps to climb to get into the apartment. Parking close to the apartment, but expensive if you plan to leave the car for long times.

Too many steep steps to climb up . Recomend to add box of tissues to the inventory
