Cazarea "Casa del Mar" din Neos Marmaras cred ca a fost cea mai frumoasa cazare de care am avut parte in concediile de vara, la mare. Tot ceea ce se vede in poze e ceea ce veti gasi in momentul in care va veti caza, privelistea superba asupra marii, apropierea de centrul orasului si de una dintre plajele din zona. In ceea ce priveste gazda noastra, nu am decat cuvinte de lauda, a fost o doamna in adevaratul sens al cuvantului, ne-a rezolvat orice problema, a avut grija de noi sa avem tot ce aveam nevoie. Daca veti dori un concediu cu liniste, relaxare si odihna in Neos Marmaras, "Casa del Mar" este locul ideal.

The location is very good, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment has 2 floors - 2nd floor is a big kitchen with a living room and a terrace with dining table and great sea view and a bathroom with a small shower that can only be used to wash your feet because it is tiny. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and another big terrace which you can enter from both bedrooms.

The A/C is only on the 2nd floor so it might get hot in the bedrooms. On photos property seemed more "modern" but in reality it had an old furniture, broken door locks, lots of old stuff in the wardrobes. Street parking. You might have to search for a parking space nearby if you come late. When we came - there was no garbage can in the kitchen, only small ones in the bathrooms and when we asked for one - we received only 2 garbage bags so we had to buy some extra garbage bags and just put it on the floor and throw away everyday. If you are sensitive to noise - it might get very loud when some one is using the bathroom since the doors are terribly hard to close and they squeak very loudly so we had to use earplugs.

The apartment is centrally located, with a beautiful sea view. It’s very spacious — perfect for a family vacation. Maria, the owner, was incredibly kind and always there to help whenever we needed anything.
