Sorrento B&D Rooms

The location was excellent. On booking was nervous as it said it was by the train station in case woken by noise. It is a 3 min walk to the station which was great. Also close to the central area of Sorrento with plenty of bars and restaurants of various kinds. 50m from a general super market which also proved useful. The property is well sound proofed so no problem with noise from the street. Lovely to sit on the balcony. The room was lovey and serviced well on a daily basis with a change of towels on the 3rd day (can be changed earlier if you need it). I’d definitely stay here again.

The drinks making facilities could be better. A good selection of teas but the instant coffee was past its best and would have been nice to have it replaced. Having to get breakfast from a local cafe wasn’t great as this didn’t fit with us needing to leave quite early to catch trains to the historic sites. The local supermarket will make up rolls at the deli counter which proved useful as these could be kept in the room’s fridge overnight for an early breakfast on the balcony.

Struttura datata, stanza che all'ingresso puzzava di fogna. Doccia piena di calcare. Letto scomodo, durissimo. Mobili vecchi, frigobar rumoroso. Peccato perchè, con un po' di accortenza, potrebbe diventare un ottima struttura.
