Me gustó que a pesar de ser un bajo era muy silencioso y que es muy práctico para dos personas .Zona tranquila y tiene de todo cerca.

Por decir , la puerta dado que está a pie de calle , debería dar mayor seguridad ( la veía endeble ) . Que no haya metro cerca es una pena pero tampoco es una drama .

l'appartamento è come da foto, pulito e accogliente, in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva al palazzo Reale e al centro di Madrid, davanti c'è anche la fermata del bus. il quartiere è molto tranquillo e la notte molto silenzioso. Davvero un bel soggiorno!

Не могу сказать, что это недочеты, но стоит указать для следующих гостей некоторые особенности. Это локаль - на нулевом этаже, в ровень с улицей - это шум. Нет балкона, если вы курите - нужно стоять на улице у двери, пока мимо вас проходят люди. Номинально есть и кофемашина и все для приготовления, но фактически вы не будете покупать фильтр-пакеты и упаковку кофе на 2 дня, банку масла, соль и перец для яичницы утром. Нет крючков для полотенец, один некрепкого вида крючок на всю квартиру. Если вы ходите пешком, то в центр - это в гору, заметно так в гору. Сильные перепады высот. Входной замок довольно хлипкого вида. Закрыть его так и не получилось, Только захлопнуть на собачку.

Me encantó el alojamiento, cómodo, limpio, buena ubicación, supermercados y restaurantes cerca. El alojamiento tiene cocina, horno, microondas, te dejan un kit de limpieza para la cocina y un kit de aseo personal en el baño. Todo genial! La entrada es súper fácil, yo me he descargado la app y ha sido rápido y fácil.

Queda en una ubicación muy buena para acceder a los sitios turísticos caminando, es tranquilo, aunque hay un bar en frente, no hay ruido que moleste, está bien conectado con un bus que deja en Atocha. La limpieza, la facilidad de llegar y abrir la cerradura inteligente. La presión del agua y los utensilios de la cocina. Cerca a supermercados y lavandería.

El agua de la ducha no drenaba rápido por lo que se salió un par de veces al no tener cuidado de la cantidad de agua, no supimos nunca la razón.

Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal hat sich mehrfach erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Der Check-In war sehr einfach.

There was everything a tourist (not 5* hotel resident) might need: induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, dishes and cutlery, iron and ironing board (!), towels, evening lamps, lots of useful clothes hangers in the wardrobe as well as drawers and shelves... Good location (Cathedra 10-15 minutes walk, local grocery and bakery and supermarket also - 5 minutes). Supprisingly silent place, it is near local street crossing but not very noisy and closing windows and roller blinds goves silence 24h. Completly silent air conditioning! You get to know it is working from the stream of cold air but cannot heat it! It was very clean and quite new. Beds were very comfortable and silent. At checkout the host came in time but he was nice and waited 15 minutes without any problems while we finished packing.

At first we started to doubt whether we would be able to get in at all and were close to calling for help but I am a technical person and I don't give up easily ;-) It was hard to control precisely the air conditioning - it was quite cold when working. After reservation by booking.com I started receiving requests for registration and additional information from "Guest ready " which was supprising and I was worried whether it was some kind of personal data fraud. The offer should definitely include information that this property belongs to some other organization besides booking.com and that we will receive correspondence from that organization. No towel racks, ok there was one, but for a 3-person apartment it was clearly not enough (and there was no way to hang them up to dry). Windows were on the level of the head o people passing in the street near the wall so we usually kepl the blinders up but it was shown on the pictures in the offer and we didn't come to admire the view from the window, but to visit the wonderful Madrid and experience it firsthand! One duvet and cover were missing, we found another bedsheet and that was enough. In the second half of our stay, the drain in the shower cabin started to clog. We knew we could call for support, but we were going out sightseeing when we weren't sleeping, so there was no time to make an appointment.
