the house is really spacious and clean, close to the Camino route, with great view

the communication with the staff upon arrival was extremely difficult and at times unpleasant. the house was hard to find and the staff was not much of help.

The view was amazing.

Almost everything. First complaint I've made on Booking.com. First there was no washing machine (as was stated) and when I asked the owner she said it was not available. Then the shower didn't work and when the owner sent a "lady" to show us how to use it she kept on trying to get me to get into the shower while she was there which was really off putting. Added to this the shower didn't drain well and after a couple of minutes it overflowed onto the floor. There was nothing there, no coffee or tea or anything, there was no kettle electric or otherwise, the coffee maker was was missing parts, leaked and there were no capsules provided. If there had been anywhere within a reasonable distance to purchase things I wouldn't mind but this place is isolated. In addition to this when we looked for washing up liquid the only thing we found was all purpose cleaner for carpets, wood and flooring which seems to have been used for everything and this is a health hazard to say the least. We were walking the Camino with my 78 year old father-in-law and booked this place to wash our clothes and that wasn't possible. The closest food is a restaurant about 1.2km and a steep hill away. After a heavy day of hill walking this was the last thing my Father-in-law wanted or needed. In summary, my Father-in-law went without showering, had to walk down and up an extra hill for dinner and didn't even get a hot drink.

Nice view but hard to get keys. The property is difficult to find with no address. The caretakers only speak Spanish. Poorly outfitted kitchen. No detergent to wash dishes. Funky shower. House itself is nice, if a bit cold.

Not my favourite place, worst place in the Camino spiritual so far, but not a lot of choice in this area. Not enough towels for our party.
