Bonito apartamento justo junto a la Torre de Quart

No where else will you have a towering medieval monument right outside your window and balcony, while your other balcony overlooks a charming, quiet square with ancient church. 10 minutes walk to the central market.

The only caution is that it's a steep climb of 3 stories, difficult for elderly or those with disabilities.

Excellent location, comfortable property, excellent host

The apartment is on third floor, there is no elevator, but a lot of stairs ( app 50). The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping.

Lovely rustic apartment with plenty of space and beautiful balconies that opened out over a busy plaza with church and restaurants. Proximity to the Quartz Tower gave the apartment it’s uniqueness and it was lovely to have this as our view during breakfast, listening to the church bells and watching the parakeets who were nesting in the tower.

More pillows and better quality bedding. Not sure if the drains could be sorted but there was a distinctive smell that lingered which maybe due to the age of the property.

The location of the property is great, with easy access to restaurants, bars, places of interest and public transport. Communication with the hosts for this apartment were excellent and timely. Kitchen facilities were great and the apartment itself is spacious and includes air conditioning, sofa bed, dining table and outdoor seating.

The apartment has aspects that require repair, mainly in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows should be replaced with new and better quality pillows. The floors throughout the apartment could do we a thorough clean.

Outstanding location. You don't just have a view of the medieval towers, they loom outside the windows seemingly close enough to touch. Balcony overlooks a charming square full of life. A cute Guatemalan cafe is right downstairs.

A warning: this is a 3rd floor walkup (4th fl by N American standard) and the sleeping loft is yet another level up, so you'd better be OK with lots of stairs.
