Casa da Corujeira - Montalegre

Très belle maison, très bien située avec une belle vue et de nombreux services. Petit déjeuner excellent et généreux.

L'entretien du lieu laisse à désirer. Beaucoup de poussières, toiles d'araignée, déchets laissés par d'ancien utilisateur. Écoulement de la douche et de l'évier lent. Volets électriques non fonctionnels dans certaines pièces et portail d'entrée non fonctionnel (reste toujours ouvert).

Spectacular living room for groups and great outdoors space. Good size bedrooms, warm and cozy. Kitchen well equipped. There is WiFi available and it was pretty stable for working.

Don't get me wrong, but... The communication with the staff is not prompt. Clearly they do not work 24h as they announce. Upon our arrival the gate control for the garage didn't work, I sent them a message which was replied on the following morning. The next day we had a problem with the blinds in one of the rooms, I informed them but nobody came to fix it. The window is massive and I had to sleep with the blind up which made the room colder and the room bright very early morning. There was not enough wood for the fireplace in the living space and no dishwasher pods for the dishwasher. In the kitchen there were some not well washed dishes and some old dirty on the jonote trivet. Lastly, you guys need to improve the location provided to those arriving by car (guessing 99% of people). The car entrance is on the side of the house, on a dark road with no sign, and they don't say about it anywhere nor anytime.
