Wonderful neighborhood. Very quiet. I’d been traveling for days and it was the most comfortable bed I’d slept in! The space was spotless clean (the bathroom was beautiful and should be in a magazine!) and, although I didn’t have much interaction with the hosts (I got in very late and left early in the morning to catch a flight) they were very accommodating. Would stay again if I was in the area.

A lovely warm welcome from a very helpful host. My room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. I liked the relaxed home from home feel. The host made me feel very at ease using the kitchen and helping myself to food etc.

Salah was a lovely host! He and I chatted over tea and he directed me to some dinner options (Toby also sent an email with options right after I booked). I was within walking distance of a community farm and castle overlooking the ocean. It was a beautiful evening capped by a comfortable night's sleep. Salah also made sure I knew how to make some tea and toast for breakfast before I had to catch the bus.

As a heads up, the walk to the airport bus stop is a little far and very cobbly, but still manageable!

Despite a little misunderstanding withe my arrival time, everythings's good: Clean and spacious room, nice bathroom, friendly owner, parking no problem. But keep in mind that you're outside Edinburgh, expect a ten minute walk to the next bus station.

Excellent Breakfast which I wasn't expecting. Hosts were both very friendly and helpful and I was able to enjoy a coffee on arrival in their nature-friendly garden.

Found the local bus service difficult to understand as it went from more than one stop and it took me a while to find the house. Previously Booking.Com included a helpful map on the confirmation printout but this no longer happens.
