Sea-Haven on Sunrise The Bay Filey Step Free Accommodation

The apartment was modern and well presented, extremely clean and with everything you could need. It was very comfortable and well decorated, we were really pleasantly surprised and wished that we weren’t just staying for one night! There was lots of extras which we weren’t expecting including board games, bats for table tennis (which is right outside the apartment in the courtyard), tea, coffee, sugar, decaf coffee pods (for the coffee machine), milk, hand wash, shower gel, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets and tea towel. The site is great for families, it felt really safe and there were lots of facilities on the doorstep - we didn’t get to use the swimming pool, tennis courts, archery etc but they would be great to do it you had the time. As we were only there for one night we did eat at the pub on-site for tea and breakfast, which made life easy for us, but the hosts had given recommendations for the ‘best places’ which was a nice touch, we just didn’t have time to try them out. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

The mattresses were very firm, which will suit some people but I found it quite uncomfortable - we did all sleep fine though. There is a shower curtain in the en-suite bathroom rather than a sliding door which seemed out of place in such a nice apartment, it cheapened it a little which was a shame but it served its purpose I suppose.

stunning property very accessible as all ground floor very spacious living areas very nice master bedroom with impressive bed , the kids loved the bunks , was really good having 2 bathrooms
