El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Tiene dos dormitorios con grandes closets y dos amplios y buenos baños. Una cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario aunque nunca cocinamos en el departamento, la lavadora de ropa es perfecta para cuando viajas en familia. Tiene un amplio balcón. Nunca conocí a mi anfitrión. Pero nos dieron la clave de entrada por mensaje a través de Booking y siempre estuvieron pendientes de nuestra estancia por mensajes de WhatsApp. Cuando llegamos a registrarnos la resepcionista nos ayudó comunicándonos con el anfitrión y nos ayudó con la clave del wifi del edificio. El edificio es muy bueno y siempre tiene seguridad lo que hace que te sientas tranquilo en el edificio.

A supermarket, restaurants and cafes are very close by. It's a little noisy on the street at the weekend, but it didn't bother us much. To do this, you will find earplugs in the apartment. Attention to detail is a big plus. Two bottles of water, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil - all this will be provided to you. The kitchen is equipped, but we didn't find a cutting board. The apartment has a washing machine with a drying function and a dishwasher. But there is no washing powder and tablets for the dishwasher. Two bathrooms, but without a hygienic shower and bath. There is a locker room there, which pleased us. In general, this is a normal housing for this money. However, this would be good if it were not for the organization that manages these apartments, this is not a customer-oriented horror. Therefore, I put a low estimate and do not recommend booking this accommodation to save your nerves.

I give the lowest rating to the management company for the organization of the settlement and customer support, and for the spoiled mood. The problems started immediately after I booked the apartment number 507. Before giving me the check-in instructions, I went through a whole interrogation and a bunch of online registrations, while I could not register for my passport, since my card was not accepted and I paid with my wife's card. I sent them all the data of the residents, so that they would pass this information to the reception and the security team launched us into the apartment without any problems, but it turned out not to be so. We had a late arrival and we checked in at night, when we approached the security, he did not understand who we were, we had to explain to him for 30 minutes, he knows only Spanish, we only English. At the same time, we had a 5-year-old child with us who really wanted to sleep. That wasn't the worst part. When we decided to extend the stay for another three days, the administration confirmed to me that the accommodation was free and could be extended. But at the same time, they did not send instructions for renewal and recommendations for my actions. For me, this meant that my stay lasted and I was calm about it, but I was wrong. As a result, I myself asked them for instructions, after which it turned out that the apartments had already been booked by another client and they offered us other apartments under the number 501, at the same price. But this apartment were smaller, darker, the windows overlook the neighbors' windows, without a washing machine and dishwasher. The level and quality of accommodation turned out to be lower. The administrator said that you can wash on the 8th floor in a shared laundress. We made a decision and agreed to these apartments. I had to go through online registration again. We were also asked $45 for cleaning, we agreed to it and paid for it.

It is located in a great area, near restaurants, pubs, etc. The apartment is really comfortable, with good amenities and appliances for you to have a great experience. We totally recommend it.
