ITArrivati nell'alloggio abbiamo riscontrato una fuga di gas che ha reso la permanenza impossibile. L'host non ha risposto ed essendo ormai sera, due di noi sono andati in albergo e gli altri hanno passato la notte al freddo in macchina!. Solo Il giorno dopo l'host si è fatto vivo, e con l'intervento dell'idraulico, il problema è stato risolto. Nonostante l'evidente disagio e la notte persa, non abbiamo avuto nessun rimborso e nemmeno le scuse di persona da parte dell'host. Anche sollecitato da Booking l'host si è rifiutato di riconoscere il giusto risarcimento. Un'esperienza da dimenticare. Viaggiamo spesso negli States, non sempre fila tutto liscio, ma abbiamo sempre risolto le situazioni con la collaborazione degli host... qui proprio non ci siamo!
