Alaine & Masa Apartments

Lovely lovely apartment really close to the city. Room was huge and great lighting and aircon worked great. On a really quiet street so every night was silent to sleep and a huge bonus for the smart tv and full kitchenette

The way into the actual apartment was a phone app to unlock the door which had me worrying about charge through the day

Nice apartment at a good location in an old house. Supplies a little spartan. Excellent support system.

Having to lug 2 fairly large suitcases up to the second floor (no elevator). Struggling a little with the apps that had to be downloaded for operating the doors. Luckily someone helped us with it.

Struggled with entry to begin with as my phone signal wasn’t great and was needed for the automatic entry system.. all good once I was on the Wi-Fi though. Found the mattress a little uncomfortable too.

El baño, muy muy reducido. Las almohadas… eran almohadones! El entorno, un edificio viejo, poco iluminado, en segundo piso sin ascensor. Desprolijo, roto…. Muy desagradable.

L'appartement est très vaste, bien équipé, bien décoré et très propre. Le métro et la supérette à proximité sont un plus. Depuis la réservation la communication a été parfaite, la petite application proposée pour se diriger ou trouver des points d'intérêts proches est très bien faite. Nous recommandons ce logement chaleureusement

Every thing,communication, location, lovely building and a cool area,only gripe is no lift as we had two heavy suitcases...but that's not even a complaint, we loved it.

Amazing location. Very safe and close to everything. The staff was available at all times and really helpful.

The bathroom had a funny sewage smell but it was fixed after we contacted the staff.

L’appartamento si trova al 2º piano senza ascensore, si accede solo con applicazione, NO CHIAVI. Purtroppo la pulizia è stata inadeguata: all’ingresso abbiamo trovato un enorme accumulo di polvere sulla testata del letto e il divano aveva ancora le briciole degli ospiti precedenti. Lo scarico del bagno emanava un odore davvero molto sgradevole, rendendo difficile utilizzare il bagno in modo confortevole. Per un soggiorno di quattro giorni in 2 persone, i prodotti forniti (come il bagnoschiuma) erano davvero insufficienti. Per fortuna c’era l’aspirapolvere e abbiamo potuto pulire da soli, ma è stato un grande disagio. La cosa peggiore è stata l’assenza di una chiave fisica: l’ingresso era possibile solo tramite apertura digitale , scaricando un’applicazione con il telefono. Se il telefono si scarica, non si può più entrare in appartamento. Il primo giorno ho dovuto rientrare un’ora prima proprio per ricaricare il telefono e assicurarmi di poter tornare a casa. Ho pure comprato e speso soldi per un powerbank..Una gestione davvero poco pratica. Inoltre ci siamo dovute scaricare entrambe l’applicazione per accedere all’appartamento Domanda ai gestori: vi siete chiesti come possano delle persone non abili alla tecnologia a gestire dei passaggi del genere? E se si scarica il cellulare che si rimane chiusi fuori??
