It was quite nice and clean

First time experience with no face contact can be a bit confusing e.g arrive early and waiting.for the key. Otherwise this system works once you know. No TV reception. Single beds and couch a bit hard to sleep on. It's mentioned that the couch can be also used as a bed. The following question I can say is comfort speaks louder than words. The property is nice but room for improvement it would be nicer.

Location was excellent! Apartment was clean and quiet. Parking was handy.

The single trundle bed mattress was very uncomfortable and needs replacing as you can feel the springs when laying down. We needed to double up a blanket from the main room and put on top of the mattress to be able to sleep properly. It seems no-one is taking note of all these reviews...please change the pillows - they are dreadful!!
