Great location. Well kitted out. Comfy bed in master bedroom
No too sheets. Please, this is simple. Sofa beds were very average. Not really suitable for adults Gutters need cleaning as were overflowing when my rained. While it was warm over Easter, will be cold in winter. A bit pricey.

A nice quiet place with everything we needed. Great communication from host and lovely art displayed on the walls that were produced by her and her daughter. Good value for money.
Just a note to other guests- no top sheets on beds but they were found in the cupboards. Also, front door does not open fully so you have to squeeze your bags through. A few screws coming out of the window latch in the room with the single bed (easy fix). Only minor things.
