Toller Meerblick und Nähe zum schönen Strand . Das Haus selber ist innen ordentlich und sauber.

Der Pool ist ungepflegt, Fliesen fehlen, Algenbildung in Ecken und Kanten. Der Whirlpool ist ebenso ungepflegt, riecht nach Schimmel. Beides ist nicht ohne die Gesundheit zu gefährden zu benutzen. Anliegend sind 3 Baustellen welche ganztägig Lärm verursachen, am Abend strahlen die hellen Baustellenüberwachungsleuchten auf die Terrasse.
