The room itself has been renovated very nicely. Location is excellent.

Outside of property has no signage. It's clearly a broader renovation project - not disclosed anywhere. Couldn't contact hosts upon arrival as they were out of reach despite knowing our arrival time. Cardboard over the door completely detracts from the experience. We spent the first 15 mins of our time in Franschhoek thinking we had been scammed because nothing made sense.
