Fotini's Apartments by the Sea

In a word, everything in this apartment was superlative. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric stove with oven, hanging cabinets where you can find spices, salt, vinegar. In the kitchen, when we took over the apartment, we received fruit, cakes, mineral water and beer. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, an extendable sofa and an air conditioner. The bedroom opens onto a small, cozy terrace with a sunshade with a table and 2 chairs. Also, at the entrance to the property there is a table with 2 chairs. In a word, we did not lack anything, everything was exceptional. I warmly recommend this property and congratulate the owners for the conditions offered to tourists.

Die ruhige Lage, das saubere Apartment mit allem ausgestattet was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Super nette Nachbarn. Einfach alles.

Am Abend kann es schon mal laut werden durch die Jugendlichen, wir haben dann die Fenster geschlossen und die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet um dem Lärm zu entfliehen.

N/A regarding breakfast as this was self catering accomodation. However, Fortini and Vasilis left fresh fruit, fruit juice, bottled water, 2 beers, Nesspresso coffee pods, a selection box of Kumquat liqueurs and some delicious home made cake which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, 100 mtrs right to two small but well stocked supermarkets as well as a car hire office if required. 60 mtrs left and you pass the first two, of a total of 12, tavernas getting to the sea. Regarding Fortini and Vasilis, nothing was too much trouble and half way through our stay we came back from the beach one evening to find Fortini had left us more cookies which she had baked and were equally as delicious as the cake!

There was nothing not to like, however, I must point out that next to the accommodation there is planned a cocktail bar and depending if this will be a 'noisy' or 'quiet' bar could have a bearing on future visits. The bar has been in the making for the past 3 years and still doesn't appear any closer to being finished but it is a factor for future consideration.

Nice location, we saw the most beautiful beaches in the south of Corfu. The apartment has everything you need, like a washing machine, iron, coffee machine and a comfortable bed.

Really small shower but it’s manageable.

Totul, nimic de reprosat. Ckin rapid,simplu, primire ca acasa...bauturi reci si fructe in frigider,tot ce aveai nevoie la indemana..masa de cslcat, masina de spalat, capsule detergent,uscator de par, sare,ulei,cafea etc, produse de igiena, comunicare usoara ,liniste dar f aproape de plaja si taverne.

This appartment is newly renovated, roomy, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need, was a terrace out front is a perfect place to relax and soak up the greek sunshine. It's less than a minutes walk to the sea front and the local bars and tavernas, we loved our stay in Fotinis thank you :)

Ideal location for us and a really cute little apartment with a fabulous patio/terrace, also a little table and chairs in a shady veranda, great outdoor space! The air con was excellent and much appreciated, great size fridge and washing machine etc. Overall fabulous and spotlessly clean too, would definitely book again.

Only slight negative was it would benefit from more kitchen utensils and crockery, it’s a place for two but we booked it for my MIL and we visited her there daily, we live on a boat so impractical for her to come to us! It meant we couldn’t all have a cuppa together as there was only 2 small mugs, we didn’t manage to find a corkscrew or bottle opener and no decent sharp knives for food prep - little things that would have made my score that bit higher.
