Communication was very poor. Could not get hold of anyone despite using text message, email, booking,com messaging service, What's up and a system you need to register and login for issues but no response Freezer drawers frozen shut so had to hack away and some issues opening the front door key lock box as it was jammed but we did eventually.
GBGBCode for gate and key lock box was sent by text 30 mins before arrival, with details of where lock box was. Excellent location, private parking space,lovely cafe,bars and shops within walking distance. Clean, lovely house.
GBThe house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The gated car park was brilliant, right outside the back door. Location was excellent, within walking distance to the Marina, the Deep, the Ice Arena and the town centre. Communication was excellent and all the instructions for check in and check out were timely and clear.

No welcome pack, no info on how to use equipment or heating or where the communal bin was. Had to make up the spare bed ourselves. No dishwasher tablets and shortage of cutlery. For sale sign outside.
