Annie’s Flat

De locatie is ideaal: op loopafstand van onder andere een supermarkt, tankstation en drogist. Het huis zelf is prachtig en zeer ruim, met een smaakvolle en hoogwaardige inrichting. Er is duidelijk veel aandacht besteed aan details. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig - en van goede kwaliteit. De bedden liggen uitstekend en er is meer dan genoeg kastruimte. Het verblijf was bij aankomst brandschoon en hygiënisch opgeleverd. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel en prettig. Ook het inchecken was snel en eenvoudig geregeld. De badkamers zijn prima in orde, en het hele huis is praktisch en ruim opgezet. Een zeer aangenaam verblijf!

Het huis ligt direct aan een doorgaande weg. Met de ramen dicht hoor je daar niets van, maar met een open raam in de slaapkamer hoor je af en toe een auto langskomen. De ramen van de slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping zijn niet volledig te verduisteren. Door de schuine kozijnen op de wangen van de dakkapellen sluiten de rechte lamellen niet goed aan, waardoor er flinke openingen blijven waar net te veel straatlicht (en in de ochtend daglicht) doorheen komt. De bedden liggen heerlijk, maar de dekens waren voor juli echt veel te warm. Boven zijn twee prachtige en comfortabele badkamers, maar beneden mis je wel een apart toilet. Er ligt overal heerlijk zacht tapijt, maar de host vraagt wel expliciet om binnenshuis schoenen uit te doen. Begrijpelijk, maar het voelt wat verplicht. Let op: de vloer beneden is niet helemaal egaal. Geen groot probleem, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden als je slecht ter been bent. Er is een wasmachine aanwezig, maar geen droger. Het droogrek is erg klein en niet praktisch voor een gezin dat meerdere wassen wil draaien.

It might be worth putting a sign up on the corner to say this way to annies flat, it took a while to work out which flat it was.

We enjoyed being right in town. The little townhouse was historical but recently updated and very comfortable.

5 stars all round. Cannot fault this lovely flat in the centre of the village.

The location was so convenient and the property exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfy and the shower and bath were both great.

The property is fantastic,new and right in the center of Aberfeldy. It has everything you need a great home from home and plenty of parking just across the road from the apartment. Our host Tracey was also very helpful.

There’s nothing not to like about the property.

Annie's flat is a perfect place surrounded by plenty of places to eat, little unique shops, and lovely strolls in the hills or woodlands. With its central location next to food shops as well, we enjoyed being able to go off exploring and still feel like we were coming "home." Kitted out with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathrooms it was just perfect! We even managed to capture the Aurora lights, which gave us a spectacular show! Only a short distance to Pitlochry where we went to the enchanted forest and a very small drive to the chocolate shop!
