Very easy to get the keys and there was clear info from hosts. The location of this property is very good, in a quiet street and near a bus stop with direct buses to York city centre. There was a parking space a few metres from the door, but at busy times it looked like the road might get full. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well.
The layout is unusual as you have to go through the bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms - OK if you are staying with family, but might be awkward if you are staying with friends. There were no cereal bowls in the kitchen and we didn't manage to connect to Wifi (the code we were given related to a supplier which didn't come up when we searched for Wifi).

Overall clean and well equipped
Front steps, not negotiable for someone with disabilities. We had to clean up someone else's dog poo in the back yard.

Lovely apartment, and a little sun trap of a back yard/patio. Very clean with comfortable beds and sitting area. Nice bathroom with toiletries. Good kitchen area - all in all fab we place to stay. Close to a lovely park for dog walking - West Bank Park - what a gem!
