EMIL APARTMENT - Agaete Parque

The location of the property was excellent, very close to the Irish centre with a lively night life. 5 mins from the Yumbo and had a taxi rank outside the gate. Had a full kitchen and washing machine which made the stay a bit better. Parking was very easy and always spaces available inside the carpark of the property. Pool always had space.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, coming home with a very sore back after two weeks. I brought this to the attention of the owner who told me they were new beds and there's nothing she could do. The mattress was very hard and one side of the bed had a bend in causing a lot of back pain. Front door would not lock properly so only option was to pull out the door and hope for the best. Bathroom was lovely but the door of the shower kept coming off allowing for a leak and the shower head holder was broken which meant you cannot have a proper shower. Air condition unit kept spitting out ice and when turned off kept leaking down the wall. Couch in the living area also broken at one side, again making it uncomfortable. Initially when we arrived the clothes drying unit was also broken, now I did request a new one and got one. Overall, this apartment is more expensive than others that I have stayed in before, but the comfort is a lot less than the other cheaper ones. We enjoyed it but would not stay at this property in the future.

The apartment was spotless. Very modern and spacious. Location was great for everything. Bars restaurants beach.

The double bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Good location for the beach and resturants. Walking distance to everything. Apartment looked lovely and modern, fully functioning kitchen with everything you would need. Some minor issues with the apartment that can be easily rectified.

Apartment was situated near the front end of the complex so it was very noisey from the bar next door especially when trying to sleep. Apartment needs a little TLC. Sofa arm/leg was damaged on the left side so we were uncomfortable using it. The bidet tap was hanging off. The shower head would not stay upright. Batteries in air-conditioning remote were dead.

Jó helyen volt, közel az óceán, boltok, éttermek, buszmegálló a közelben. Saját zárt ingyenes parkoló, lift, park medencével, ingyenes napozó ággyal. Az apartman tágas, a képeknek megfelelő, erkéllyel, nagy hutovel, mosógéppel, mosogatógéppel, és hozzá tartozó tisztitoszerekkel. Konyhában fűszerek, tea filter, 2 féle kávéfőző. Furdoszobaban tusfürdő, sampon, hajbalzsam. Jó internet és okos Tv. Az apartmanban van 2 db legkondi. A házigazda megfelelő infokkal segítette a bejutást. Sok apartmanban voltunk már, de ár érték arányban kiemelkedő.

Az ágy matraca kényelmes, de az ágy masszív, de minden fordulasnal nyikorog. A levélszekrény zárja már nem megfelelő, a kulcs felvétele nehézkes.
