Easy to access in self checked in was good.

floor was bit slippery and no carpets in toilets.

It was perfect that it was close to a direct bus to the city centre - quick and easy. It was relatively quiet - definitely quiet enough, there was everything we needed for a short stay, and there was a bit of a hostel vibe to it, which made it not as awkward sharing a kitchen with the hosts. We were the only guest bedroom on the first floor, so it also almost felt like we had a private bathroom as the one on our floor was only shared with the hosts, and they didn't seem to use it much.

There was a bit of a lack of security; the front door was always unlocked, and the bedroom and toilets couldn't be locked properly from the inside - there were only security chains, which someone could have put their hand in and opened if they wanted. However, there was a tiny padlock for our bedroom door.

Great position near bus stop. Very clean. Quiet. Near shops for dinner. Good communication and service.

Rainwater running from a presumably broken gutter kept me awake.
