"Good value comfortable and quiet flat for a short stay near to the lake and conference centre"

Good location about a 10-minute walk from the lake and main restaurants etc. The first floor flat is well furnished and quiet despite being in a busy area. The bed was really comfortable with plenty of storage space in the bedroom and the shower room was very spacious and of good quality. I did not use the catering facilities but they looked comprehensive and modern. There is an Aldi around the corner and a good local bakery a few minutes walk towards the town and a bus stop to Como at the end of the road. The handover of keys was simple and communication with the host was good.

Not really an issue but some more information about the immediate area would have been helpful but most things are obvious.

The friendly welcome from the owner was more than perfect and the appartment met all our needs, we will most definitely be back and I can recommend it to veryone. Another plus is that the supermarket is around the corner.

Nothing at all, no complains.

Cleanness, tidyness and quality of the elements were excellent as well stuff. They are very helpful.

I could not find.. Just may be a reserved parking would be great:)
