Le logement peut accueillir 8 adultes effectivement mais cela devient compliqué pour la toilette car la douche et la baignoire se trouvent dans la même pièce. Heureusement qu’un wc est disponible à l’etage.

We really liked the guesthouse. It had everything we needed. Since there were quite a few of us, we were able to cook dinner without any problems. The house was very clean and cozy. If we were to be picky, we would have loved to grill something outside, but unfortunately there wasn’t a grill. But that’s a minor detail. Overall, it was wonderful.

Its a great location with plenty of space and well equipped. Lovely garden space and close to everything we came for. We all agreed we would book again as its a quality venue at a sensible price.

Its got a great kitchen but having to buy salt and pepper and all basic condiments was a pain. The town shop shuts early so a pint of milk and a loaf in the fridge wouldn't go amiss for late arrivals.

The house was lovely! Warm and welcoming. It has everything we needed as 2 families of 4. Plenty space for us all.

This house was perfect for us (family of 7). Quiet around the house but only 10 minutes from Aviemore, the whole house feels really spacious, warm and cosy, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty space for everyone to relax in the evening, Lovely big garden too. Communication was superb from the host, never a problem to recommend things to do or places to visit. We'd definitely recommend this place 😊

maison très bien équipée (ustensiles de cuisine et électroménager) et confortable. On s'y sent comme à la maison. On peut se détendre après une journée de randonnée. Douche bien chaude et 2 WC. Maison dans un lotissement très calme, proche d'Aviemore (supermarché). Sas d'entrée très pratique pour les chaussures/manteaux. Lave linge, sèche linge. Je recommande.

Une 2ème salle de bain pourrait être appréciée mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça.

The location is beautiful, the host super helpful and if you get a chance go explore local restaurants, they are good. The place was tidy but far away from local amenity like petrol stations 25 minute drive in many 20M/Hr speed limits, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Nothing major but points to consider: The key vault is hard to operate with one hand and we had to deal with it with one hand due to luggage, shopping, kids and it was awkward especially in the dark when you are using phone as a torch in one hand to ensure numbers are aligned. There was not enough soap upstairs in the toilet so had to water down the remaining on day 1, not a big problem but more attention is needed. Also, we had plenty of hand towels but we needed more bath towels. We could’ve asked but didn’t want to disturb the host. The biggest thing that got us was the message to clean up the place, take off the bedsheets and pillow covers off, put them in the bathtub, and put the rubbish in outside bins the evening before we were leaving. We had a 4 am start so we were about to go to bed when we saw this message. This should be cleaner’s responsibility as we weren’t told about these additional responsibilities upfront. Goes without saying that we weren’t impressed with this last minute communication. We couldn’t comply obviously as we needed to sleep, so things like this should be advertised upfront. The bed is great but the pillows offer little to no support so a few pillow options will be appreciated. Also there is no soap and shampoo in the only bathroom in the property, so do plan to bring your own.

Place was perfect, lovely house with big garden. Large open plan living room/kitchen area. Good central location for visiting near by towns.
