This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 600 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, guests must provide the host with all passport photos and cell phone numbers. Check-in information will only be sent after this is done. If the booking is for three adults, three phone numbers and three passports are needed. Each bag drop-off costs GBP 10, subject to availability. Avoid making noise after 22:00. and before 20:00. Noise levels above 75 decibels are considered very loud. If the noise reaches this level, the host will warn the guests. If the noise persists after 10 minutes, the host may evict the guests or require them to quiet down. Eating or drinking in the bedroom is not allowed. Any evidence of this will result in extra cleaning with germ-killing chemicals, leading to additional fees. Cots are available upon request, which must be made four days before check-in. Guests are not allowed to change the locks or tamper with the doorbell. Pets are not allowed. If pets are found, they will undergo expensive desensitisation processes to ensure the next guests don't have allergic reactions. Additional fees will apply. If guests do not leave the key in the lockbox by the agreed check-out time and cannot return it within 30 minutes, the key will be considered stolen or lost, and fees will apply. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay without the host's permission (message the host before arrival). The flat can only accommodate the number of guests it was booked for. Unauthorised guests will be fined EUR 150 each and must leave immediately. If they don’t, a team member will intervene, which will incur additional costs. Remove your shoes upon entering. Signs of shoe use inside will result in extra sanitisation cleaning fees. A late check-out fee of GBP 70 will be charged to guests who do not depart by the scheduled time. For every hour past check-out, an additional GBP 150 will be charged. This policy is due to our strict scheduling and the extra cost of arranging last-minute cleaning services. If a guest stays more than two hours beyond check-out, the charge will be GBP 300 (GBP 150 x 2). This fee may be deducted from your damage deposit. Early or late check-ins and bag drop-offs might be possible. Send us a message with your needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Early check-in prices: Noon: GBP 150 13:00.: GBP 70 14:00 to 15:00: GBP 50 16:00: Free Replacing lost keys incurs a fee. If a team member needs to deliver a new key, an emergency call-out fee will apply based on your location and our schedule. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on balconies, by windows, or inside. Smoking is permitted only outside the front door, more than 6 meters away. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will incur an GBP 800 fee due to noise, neighbourhood disturbance, and necessary detox and sanitisation cleaning. Fees will apply. Please note that for late check-in, the following charges apply: GBP 100 from 19:00 to 22:00 and GBP 150 after 22:00. Illegal drugs, including weed and class A, B, and C drugs, are prohibited. Handling and disposing of these substances will incur extra cleaning fees. Fees will apply. Clean your dishes; otherwise, a claim may be made against your damage deposit. Refurbishments may occur to improve the property or replace old furniture, so items may differ from photos. New items will be of equal or better quality. By booking, you agree to this. For last-minute reservations, in-person check-in can occur up to 2 hours after guests have submitted the damage deposit, passports for all guests, and all guests' telephone numbers. Guests must be at least 38 years old to check in, unless prior permission is granted by the host. Please contact us before booking to see if this policy can be waived for your group. No guests under 38 years old are permitted to stay on the property unless agreed upon by us. Unidentified guests allowed during the day must leave by 21:00. (sound curfew). Unauthorised guests staying after 21:00. incur a GBP 150 fee per person per night. No more than 7 people are allowed on the property at once. For more people, please inform us in advance, and we may make an exception. Guests are liable for any damages and claims exceeding the damage deposit amount. An additional GBP 50 administration charge applies for any claims made on your reservation due to the involvement of multiple parties and the time required to handle a claim. Alternative Payment Options for Security Deposit: In case you are unable to pay your security deposit by bank transfer, alternative payment options might be available: Credit Card Payment: Please be advised that a 5% processing fee will be added to your total deposit amount. Cash Payment: A fixed fee of £60 will be applied due to the additional staff involvement required for cash handling. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, kindly settle your security deposit in advance of your stay. Guests travelling with children must inform the property 24 hours before arrival.
