The view of Taal from the balcony.

Only 2 elevators are working. Plenty of guests using hence slow service. Parking area is too far. No toiletries and drinking water. Would be nice to have it included even if I have to pay extra.

"It was pleasant."

The location was good and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

In our room, there were not enough outlets. Also the water kettle in the kitchenette did not work and it's cord could only be plugged into one outlet. A second water kettle was brought by Ma'am Jillene, who was more than helpeful and kind, but the cord was too short so it had to be stacked so as to reach the outlet.

I booked and paid for the room and when we arrived there. There is no one there to check us in. We called the property manager and no answer. I rang booking. Com and waiting for so long on fone. We couldn't wait cause i was calling from my roaming network. So we left and searching to find another room for our stay there. These problems had ruined all my plan for holiday in Tagaytay in Philippines. Now im still waiting for booking. Com to resolve and refund my $ from this apart. As a vip loyal member of booking. Com im so disappointed.
