The beds are very cozy and soft. The floor heat is wonderful. Everything was clean. The kitchenette is nice if you want to cook for yourself or keep leftovers. The host communicates very well and the location is excellent. There are many cafés and restaurants and public transportation is very near. I would definitely stay again.
There is karaoke downstairs that sounds very terrible (think drunk donkeys) but it doesn't go on very late at all.

We stayed here with our family for more than two weeks and really enjoyed everything. The apartment is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the metro, with many restaurants and snack places nearby, and even a supermarket within walking distance. Despite being so central, it was very quiet inside, and we were never disturbed by any street noise. Our two children (ages 4 and 10) were also very happy. We are very glad we chose this place and would love to come back again.

Super convenient location to get to being less than a 5 minute walk to Line 4 and having multiple bus stops near by. The property itself was comfortable and homely. The owner was fantastic at messaging and made sure we felt welcomed.
Only thing I would say was a little annoying was that sometimes you can hear the karoke in the basement, but it wasn’t too bad and is easy to sleep through. It didn’t impact our stay much at all and it can’t be helped.

Good location (many resto nearby, stone throw away from train station), clean and decent size for family of 4.
Difficult to communicate with the host, possibly because of language barrier.
