"Beds need attention, mattresses are not comfortable and flat pillows."

The location and the space in the house

The beds were not comfortable at all the pillows where flat and the curtains were over your head so I. The morning the sun shines directory on you even if the curtains are done. There were no toiletries and no ironing board spoke to host who said would find out from cleaner and never got back to me so has to use the floor to iron my clothes
