Residence in Orosei, apartments 4 beds with air conditioning

The apartment interior matched the photos, it was pleasant and clean. I appreciated availability of washing machine.

We chose this apartment because it seemed bright with lots of natural light. Well, we were accommodated below the ground level, windows were pointing to walls. There was almost no cellular signal and no wifi available, so we spent whole vacation without internet inside. Whenever we needed to look up any information or plan some trip, we had to go outside to access the internet. For more than 110€ per night, this is not acceptable. Also the AC broke down in the middle of our trip, but I've already given up on communication with the property. Lady at the front desk was nice but she could not help us with changing the apartment. Shower smelled really bad as well. We had to clean the kitchen when leaving, which is not a problem, but we've got like 6 messages telling us if we don't do that we get a fine. But they didn't even provide a washing detergent and sponge for the dishes, we had to buy it ourselves. Overall, I wouldn't complain that much if we paid maybe half of the price, bed was clean and comfy, we had a parking spot as well. But at this price point it was a disappointment for me. Owner should clearly state if the apartment is below ground and there is barely any cellular signal.

L'alloggio è carino abbastanza ben tenuto il parcheggio sotto la struttura è un terno al lotto perché non c'è posto per tutti.

Ho dovuto inoltrare una protesta ufficiale a Booking perché praticamente in fase di prenotazione avevano pubblicizzato delle foto ingannevoli che dicevano che l'alloggio avrebbe avuto una terrazza ma non aveva neanche un balcone solo finestra.. Oltre al fatto che c'è voluta quasi tutta la vacanza per mettere in funzione l'aria condizionata che non ha funzionato fino all'ultimo giorno della partenza. Fate attenzione alle sorprese che potreste trovare. NON CI TORNEREMO MAI PIÙ.
